Why will the period of production of led display be long?
The delivery time of goods is a question almost every customer is concerned with. But most customers think the delivery time of led display is always a little long.
Now let me tell you the reasons:
1> the perchase of raw material, especially the led chip. the production of led display has strict requirements on led chips.
the wave length of led chips will bring better color uniformity of led display.
2> the complicated production technology. Although the use of led display is not complex, every step of production is important for quality.
the main steps include the design of PCB, potting of smidahk, the making of cover pieces, the adjusting of calibrated brightness and so on.
3> the strict requirements on the structure, mainly for the cabinets.
the cabinets must be water proof, dust proof, and lightning proof well.

For the better development of our company and responsibility of our customers, we cant overlook any point of the production process.

So I suggest that if you need led displays, pls make an early plan to purchase it and give relatively long time to production.
